Fried shrimp is a most basic but classic recipe. All you need is the following:
Ingredients
1 pound shrimp
4 cloves of crushed garlic
Some Olive oil
Salt
White Pepper (black is ok too, but white will look better)
Some Parsley (optional)
A little lemon for juice
Directions:
Saute the shrimp in a skillet with heated olive oil. Add the salt, pepper and some parsley. When serving drizzle a little lemon juice.

Serves four persons
Tips
Fry the shrimp with their shell as this will preserve the flavor better. However, the recipe is delicious with peeled shrimp as well, especially if the have been brined. I prefer shrimp often this very basic way as the specific shrimp taste can come into it’s own.
